Goodnight Irene
This beautiful reproduction collection is created by Betsy Chutchian who found inspiration in the colours of her paternal grandmother's garden. Irene Powell Reed, born 1897 in Blooming Grove, Texas was quite a gardener, with a firecracker personality. Memories of hot summer days with Mama Reed were the best. At the end of the day, Betsy would hear her grandfather's softly spoken words, "Goodnight Irene".
This collection is a tribute to her grandmother which is full of designs inspired by the flowers in the garden at Blooming Grove. Pinks, greens, lilacs and roses feature in these gorgeous fabrics, a real delight!
