Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cozy Corner Quilts.

Please read this policy carefully. 

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Fabrics

All fabrics can be returned at the buyers expense and in original condition. If fabrics have been opened we cannot give you a refund.

Workshops

If you purchase a workshop and are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control, we can organise a credit towards the next available date.
